Refit
Superyacht refits from 65 metres, in Athens for the Mediterranean and in Northern Germany for the north.
From survey to sea trial.
Interior and outdoor areas renewed by T. Fotiadis Design, within the same refit.
We work for the owner, with the captain at the table from the first survey to the last sea trial.
01 Survey
We see the yacht as she is, with her captain and crew, before anything is promised.
02 Plan
One written plan, agreed with the captain before the yacht arrives.
03 Return to sea
Handed back ready for the season, with us still at your side.

Questions owners ask
Athens is our refit base in the Mediterranean. In the north we work in Stralsund on the Baltic coast, where Ocean Dreamwalker III was delivered in 2025.
Yes. T. Fotiadis Design, the studio within our group, renewed the interior and outdoor areas of Sweet Maryi in 2026. Design and works then run under one plan.
We tell you what a change means before it is made, and decide it together. Nothing is added or left out without your word.
Yes. Many owners use the refit for it, and we have done it before. We know the package: the survey is made against the commercial code, the work is agreed with flag and class, and the yacht returns to sea with her commercial certificates. We follow it through to the last approval.
In a refit the risk is the old, not the new: paint dust, rust, old oil and bilge water. Blasting and sanding are contained and the dust is collected, and old oil and bilge water are taken off for proper disposal. The yard and the sea around it stay clean. We work to MARPOL and to the environmental rules of each flag and port.
Full documentation of the work carried out, organised for the captain and crew, and aftersales once she is back at sea.
Yes. The captains and owners of Ocean Dreamwalker III and Sweet Maryi are happy to talk.
