New build
For each build we bring together the team, the facility and the suppliers, and answer for all of them as one.
One plan, one schedule, agreed before work begins.
What we agree is what we build.
01 Define

02 Build

Proven German facilities, skilled hands, one standard.
03 Deliver

Sea trials, handover, and a yard that stays with you.
Questions owners ask
In Northern Germany, with Stralsund on the Baltic coast as our home. Where a project calls for it, build stages can be shared between facilities in the region.
Astra Nord Class superyachts start at 65 metres. Our designs ready to be built range from the 65-metre Ciappaira to Spear, a 140-metre trimaran.
Yes. Ciappaira, drawn by TAG in Monaco, is one example. The design you agree with us is the design we build, and any change is decided together.
Then we bring one. Within our group, T. Fotiadis Design draws superyachts above 65 metres, and Elysium Brands makes the renderings, films and scale models that show her before she exists. One agreement then covers the drawing and the build. It is an option, never a condition.
Selected partners in Northern Germany and England: established naval architecture and engineering firms involved in reputable builds, past and current. They bring what is current to every project. We build for the future.
As part of the build, not as an extra. Materials come with their certificates, waste is sorted and returned, and deliveries are planned so that one truck collects along its route instead of several driving the same road: from the Czech Republic through Dresden and Berlin to Stralsund, as one load. Fewer kilometres, less CO2.
Every drawing, certificate and manual, organised for the crew and for future refits. After delivery we stay for aftersales and the seasons that follow.
